Late check in after 9:30PM?
Arrivals after 9:30pm up until 10:30pm are subject to a late check-in fee of $20 cash paid to the staff member who stays late. (Card users $23.64). 10:30 to 11:30 $40 cash fee to the staff person who stays on duty for you.
In the event of a late arrival, please email or text us in advance with your time of arrival and booking confirmation number.

Check-in Requirements
Pineapple Park is a traveler's hostel. Guests must present a valid form of ID and proof of arrival to the island and departure from the island. If you do not have proof of onward travel from the island you may not stay.
Cancellation Policy
We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. This means that if you cancel previous to this you'll still be charged for the first night (this includes no shows).
Group Cancellation Policy
Group bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit upon booking. In the case of cancellation, we require 30 days notice for group bookings.
Special Cancellation Policy
For reservations during busy seasons like Ironman World Championship, Thanksgiving week, Christmas and New Year week, reservations are not refundable. Private rooms are subject to a 3 night minimum from October 1-14 for the Ironman World Championship event, held October 11, 2025.
Additional Fees
Single night cleaning fee - $9.43 for dormitory and $23.62 for private rooms. Luggage storage - $23.62 for a half day after checkout. Late check-in - $23.62 after 9pm. Please text (808) 989-9959 to inform us of a late check-in.
Age restriction
We accept guests 18-65 years of age. We do not allow children .
