Kona, Hawaii Hostel
Pineapple Park Kona is an Hotel ,Hostel, motel with two cottages total beds 30 + located in Captain Cook. It is ten miles south of Kailua-Kona and has some of the most affordable accomodations in Kona. Close to the magnificent and historical Kealakekua Bay, Captain Cook Monument and the Place of Refuge (Honaunau), our Hostel / Hotel is in the perfect location to enjoy the the west side of Hawaii's Big Island. Nearby activities include kayaking (see our Kealakekua kayak rentals page), snorkeling, visiting Kona coffee farms and exploring one of the most important areas in Hawaii's history. (Map).

Hilo, Air Port Hostel & Hotel
Pineapple Park Hilo is great to explore the East side of the island from this Hilo inn located in town at Piilani and Kalanikoa St. Our affordable Hilo hostel offers comfort and a central location. In historic Hilo, you can visit the Lyman Museum and the Pacific Tsunami Museum. Outside of town, you can visit Rainbow Falls, Boiling Pots, Kaumana Cave and Hawaii Tropical Botanical Gardens. In Hilo, you can go to the Suisan Fish Auction, then walk Banyan Drive and through Lili'uokalani Gardens, a Japanese-influenced landscape. (Map)

Volcano Hawaii Hostel
Pineapple Park Volcano Our lodging close to Kilauea Volcano--the world's most active volcano. It is located on a four acre estate surrounded by a young tropical jungle 13 miles from Hawaii Volcano National Park. The Volcanoes National Park is the destination of scientists and tourists who come to witness a live volcano and see new land being created. Walk across a crater and through a hollow lava tube. Pineapple Park offers affordable V.I.P. private rooms with private bath or private room shared bath from $65 to $85 and dormitory bunks for single and student travellers for $25. If you like crowds and the city nightlife, go to Oahu. Waikiki and Honolulu are teaming with tourists. But if you like intimacy come to the Big Island and experience the peace and beauty of a truly special place.

Work Exchange
Work-exchange opportunities available at all Pineapple Park Hostel properties. 30 day minimum commitment is required. Four work hours, per day, in exchange for private room w/shared bathroom facilities. Possible small compensation during peak business months (to be discussed upon hire).
